Day 3
This 30-day series is a roadmap for you to create an online business by following the training in the One Funnel Away (OFA) Challenge from Russell Brunson and ClickFunnels. Make sure you are watching the training videos, and following Russell’s instructions. Use these pages to stay on track with the activities.
Day 3 is all about…decommoditization…the act of creating an ‘Irresistible Offer’ around your Flagship Framework.
What does that mean?
You have to create more products around your product to build your Offer Stack. The stack is all of the products that you are going to offer together as a fantastic deal.
Each additional ‘free’ product, increases the value of your Flagship Framework by giving your customers more information, resources or tools. These additional products support your Flagship Framework, and overdeliver on the content you have available for your customer.
A stack with fruits and syrup on top is definitely a better deal!
Now, don’t panic. You already have your Framework…so what are additional products you can include?
Think about products that might be helpful. Did you do additional research that you could put together as a curated list of blogs or books to read? Do you know great online tools you can provide links to? Maybe there are extra activities that are not critical to the Framework, but can be helpful.
You are going to add 3 to 5 additional products to make your entire offer. However, this number can be more or less depending on how you decide to approach this part.
Remember, you are creating this offer stack to differentiate your product in the global marketplace. Only you can make this offer. So only you can deliver this type of value this way.
You have No Competition…Zero…when you approach your offer by creating a proprietary product stack to go with your Framework.

Day 3 Work Summary
- Create your Offer Stack. Add the products that increase the perceived value of your Flagship Framework
- Additional: Every day in the challenge, there are additional videos with great information, it is recommended that you watch everything, and apply the teachings to your own work. For Day 3 especially, The Greatest Showman video is an excellent example of how to create an offer stack. There are several examples of stack items that you can adapt for your product.

- OFA includes daily videos from Jim Edwards of Funnel Scripts, who teaches how to write copy. Jim’s training is incredibly valuable. You want to understand how to write great headlines and copy to help sell your product. So don’t miss those sections.
